Scrutineering Officials will hand over your Race Numbers and Transponder Arrow before your car is scrutineered. Please fit on your vehicle before proceeding to have your car scrutineered.

Each competitor will receive:
1x Competitor Armband (Valid all 3 days)
3x Simola Hillclimb Armbands for Pit Crew (Valid all 3 days)
1x P1: VIP Parking Sticker valid for each day they are competing
1x Simola Hillclimb Cap

- If you purchased a ticket online:
Please bring a printout of your ticket with QR code or have it ready on your phone for scanning at the ticket entrances. There are 2 entrances – Pit Ticket Entrance (located at the bottom of the hill) and the Main Ticket Entrance (located midway up the hill). - Arrive on the day:
If you arrive on the day, only General Entry tickets are available, together with Turn 2 Grandstand & Pit Access Upgrades – if they have not sold out online. We urge you to buy beforehand to avoid disappointment as these Upgrades usually sell out before the event.
There will be no VIP Hospitality tickets available – these are ONLY available by pre-booking.

P1: VIP Parking
Pit Priority Parking allows a ticket holder to park closer to the Pits in a field nearby. Not advisable in rainy wet conditions.
If you have General Entry tickets, the elderly and young children should be dropped off at the Pit Ticket Entrance before you continue to the Pit Priority Parking as there is a fair walk along a dirt road from the P1: VIP Parking to the Pit Ticket Entrance. If you have purchased a Pit Access upgrade, you will have access via the back entrance to the Pits.
P1: VIP Parking stickers must be collected from the Paddocks Ticket Gate which is on the event grounds, accessible via the Public Parking Event Entry point.
Once you have collected your P1: VIP Parking sticker please stick it on the inside of the windscreen of your vehicle.
