Entries open from 23 April to 10 May 2026, with submissions judged on creativity, quality, and how well they capture the spirit of the event. One standout entry will win the ultimate Simola Hillclimb experience.

Share Your SHC 2026 Competition
- Promoter
This competition is run by Simola Hillclimb 2026 (“the Promoter”).
- Competition Period
- The competition opens on 23 April 2026
- The competition closes at 23:59 on 10 May 2026
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered
- Eligibility
- The competition is open to South African residents only
- Participants must be natural persons; juristic persons (e.g. companies, organisations) are not eligible to enter
- Participants must have a public social media account to allow entry verification
- If the winner is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when redeeming the prize
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members may be excluded from entry
- How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
- Capture a video of your experience before and during the Simola Hillclimb 2026
- Post the content on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
- Tag @SimolaHillclimb
- Include the hashtags: #SHC2026 #ShareYourSHC2026
- Upload your video via our Dropbox submission link. Please ensure your video file is named with your full name and Instagram handle (e.g. Name_@handle) to allow us to identify your submission.
- Multiple entries are permitted; however, each post must be unique
- Entries must be the original work of the participant
- Entry Requirements
- Content must be relevant to the event and appropriate for a public audience
- Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material
- Entries must not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements
- Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected
- The winner will be chosen based on:
- Creativity
- Quality of content
- Originality
- How well the content captures the spirit and experience of Simola Hillclimb
- The decision of the Promoter is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into
- Prize
- The winner will receive:
- 2 (two) x VIP Hospitality Le Mans Tickets for Simola Hillclimb 2027 Important Notes:
- The prize does not include transport, accommodation, or any additional expenses
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value if necessary
- Winner Notification
- The winner will be announced on Simola Hillclimb’s official social media platforms
- The winner will also be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner
- Prize Delivery
- The prize (tickets) will be delivered electronically
- Tickets will be sent to the winner’s email address provided upon confirmation
- The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the winner
- Usage Rights (User-Generated Content)
By entering the competition, participants agree that:
- Any content posted that includes:
- A tag of @SimolaHillclimb and/or
- The hashtags #SHC2026 and #ShareYourSHC2026may be used by the Promoter for:
- Social media reposting
- Marketing and promotional campaigns
- Future event marketing (including Simola Hillclimb 2027 and beyond) This usage will be royalty-free and without additional compensation to the participant.
- Privacy
- By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition
- Personal information will only be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws
- The Promoter will not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent, except where necessary to fulfil the prize
- General
- This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
- Participants enter at their own risk
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if required
