2022 SHC Classic Car Friday – Qualifying 1

The first Classic Car Friday qualifying session has been completed, and Ian Schofield is currently the man to beat in the March 77B, having posted a time of 42.897 sec. Rui Campos remains second fastest with a time of 47.381 sec, just a tenth slower than his earlier run. Robert Wolk slotted into third, improving his time by more than two seconds at 48.755 sec, ahead of De Bruyn (49.223 sec), James Temple (49.367 sec) and Josh Dovey (49.473 sec).

In Class H1 which runs based on handicap rules, the handicap targets have now been defined after the morning’s practice sessions – and the drivers that come closest to their adjusted handicap target times during qualifying will proceed into the Class finals.
