The times are tumbling as the action and the temperatures heat up. Robert Wolk went 0.7 sec faster in Practice 3 in the Gould GR55. Silvio Scribante (Audi RS3) and Franco Scribante (Nissan R35 GT-R) were the first Modified Saloon Car competitors to dip under the 40-second mark today, on 39.640 seconds and 39.785 seconds, respectively.
Devin Robertson has entered the fray in the Radical Pro Sport in fourth place overall (40.792 sec) and second in Class C (Single Seaters and Sports Prototypes). Reghard Roets was fifth (41.038 sec) as he chips away at his times and refines the setup of the R35 GT-R, with Steve Clark 0.8 sec behind him in the Nissan R34 GT-R. Aldo Scribante is was less than four-hundredths adrift in the newly built Audi TT (41.914 sec), followed by Wade van Zummeren (42.704 sec).
Clint Weston remains comfortably in the lead of the standard production category (42.747 sec) in the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance, fractionally slower than his P2 time. Cristiano Verolini powered his way up to second in the class in the BMW M4 (44.191 sec), with Jens Klingmann cutting 1.5 seconds off his P2 time (45.547 sec).
